Cancellation Policy
At LaJenny1735, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, to ensure that we can provide the best service for all our clients, we have the following policy:
• 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us time to offer the spot to another client.
• Deposit Forfeiture: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. This is to compensate our stylists for their time and preparation.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend your appointment without notice), the deposit will also be forfeited.
